After conducting a series of tests on close to 3,000 participants, Junxin Li of the Center for Sleep and Circadian Neurobiology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD and team found that daily moderate afternoon nappers (30-90mins) had the most optimum results for cognitive performance in adulthood.
