In 2014 we convinced my father to sign the necessary paperwork with Warman Home Care. He insisted that he didn’t need help. In March 2015 Theresa Donker-Duffour quickly gained my father’s trust and confidence. My mother is not an easy person to deal with and Theresa took control of the situation and was invaluable to my father. As time went by he needed more and more of Theresa’s help in caring for my mother. She “managed” my mother in a caring, loving manner, she was patient, understanding, and extremely reliable. I don’t know how we would have made it through this tough time without her help. Ms Joyce, you have a wonderful staff, top quality professionals. When families are dealing with the declining mental or physical health of a loved one, the last things they need is more heartache. My family and I got nothing but support from both Ally and Theresa. We will be forever grateful to them.
